Job Role: Admin Officer
Location: Antrim (Greenmount Campus)
Pay: £11.99 per hour (Weekly pay)
Duration: 6 – 9 Months (Possible extension)
Start Date: 8th January 2023
Hours: 37 hours per week – Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm
Job Type: Hybrid (Both Office and Work from Home)
We are looking for a dynamic Admin Officer to join our team at Antrim’s Greenmount Campus. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a small team providing essential administration support, reception duties, and PA support to Senior Management.
Key Responsibilities:
Your duties will include:
- Communication: Receiving and making phone calls, ensuring effective communication.
- Administrative Support: Filing, photocopying, scanning, processing mail and emails.
- Coordination: Collation of returns and monitoring various co-ordination emails.
- Diary Management: Keeping diaries up to date and arranging meetings.
- Technology Usage: Setting up and hosting WebEx meetings.
- Customer Service: Providing a friendly and efficient customer service.
- Pressure Handling: Ability to cope with pressures in a very busy work environment.
- Senior Staff Interaction: Being at ease working with senior staff.
Essential Criteria:
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following criteria:
- Education: 5 GCSEs, including Maths and English (or equivalent with proof).
- Background Check: Successful completion of an Access NI check.
