We are currently recruiting an Admin Officer for our client based in Bangor. The successful candidates will be required to start once the vetting paperwork and ANI completed.

 

Start date: 9th January

Rate of pay: £13.75PH

Duration: 3/29/2026

Hours of work: 37

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

The First Contact Team Member acts as the first point of contact for benefit claimants, and is responsible for assisting claimants who need to transact their business face to face. This includes claimant orientation, resolving queries, arranging appointments, undertaking interviews, coaching claimants to become more digitally competent, and, where appropriate, inputting new data and change of circumstances. Please note you will be required to attend mandatory training with no leave permitted during the training and consolidation period.

 

Essential Criteria applicants must have:

  • 5 GCSE’s including Maths and English (Proof of certs required)
  • 12 months admin experience
  • Excellent IT skills, including use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills.
