Job Opportunity: Admin Officer
Pay: £11.99 per hour (Paid Weekly)
Location: Bangor
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Start Date: 8th April 2024
Length: 1 Year
Job Duties:
The Admin Officer, as a member of the First Contact Team, serves as the initial point of contact for claimants. Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting claimants with face-to-face transactions, including claimant orientation, query resolution, appointment scheduling, conducting interviews, and coaching claimants to enhance their digital competency.
- Inputting new data and updating change of circumstances as necessary.
Entry Requirements:
To be eligible for this role, candidates must have:
- 5 GCSEs including both Maths & English (or level 2 equivalent)
- Basic Access NI Check
