Our client, A Large public sector organisation, based in the Belfast area is looking for an Admin Officer to join their team.
Duration: 6 Months
Rate of pay: £11.99
Location: Belfast
Hours: Monday – Friday 9-5
Main Duties:
– Read claims in order to ascertain the jurisdictions within appropriate and agreed timescales, register and issue; prepare memos for rejections; read responses identifying points of issue within appropriate and agreed timescales and complete appropriate early case management memo for Judge consideration; acknowledge all accepted responses within set timescales; Consult with EO2 on all vetting matters; prepare memos, extension of time requests and orders and other correspondence relative to queries received in respect of registered claims and all other matters; arrange and clerk appropriate Review Hearings on claims, responses and clerk Case Management Discussions as and when required; keep case tracking system, electronic files and necessary spreadsheets up to date. Ad hoc duties as required
Essential Criteria:
– 5 GCSEs A-C Including Maths & English
– Previous admin experience is desirable
