- Hearings clerk: general admin duties such as replying to emails, answering phone calls, file preparation, listing cases, entering/registering Tribunal cases, updating and maintaining the databases.
- Issuing judgments within the given timeframe on receipt from Tribunal panel.
- five GCSE/GCE passes (at A, B or C) with Maths and English.
- Excellent IT skills, including use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proven ability to use own initiative.
