Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday

About Us:

Our client, a prominent public sector organization, is seeking a dedicated Admin Officer to join their team. This is a temporary position with a six-month duration, offering a competitive hourly rate of £11.99.

Key Responsibilities:

As an Admin Officer, your primary focus will be on providing essential administrative support. While working in a professional office environment, your duties will encompass:

  • General Office Duties: Assisting with various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
  • Processing Cases: Utilizing the Integrate Operations System or similar systems to manage and process cases efficiently.
  • IT Systems: Proficiently using IT systems to complete tasks related to administrative functions.
  • Telephone Queries: Addressing general telephone queries and providing assistance to callers as required.
  • Client Interaction: Interacting with members of the public and the legal profession in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Document Preparation: Preparing documentation and files for various administrative purposes.
  • Records Management: Ensuring secure management of information in accordance with established policies.
  • Correspondence: Handling post and correspondence related to office functions.
  • Clerk/Jury Clerk Duties: Assisting in the coordination of office proceedings and related tasks.
  • Court Crier Duties: Undertaking court crier responsibilities as necessary.

Essential Criteria:

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:

  • 5 GCSEs A-C, including Maths and English (Proof required at the time of application).
  • Successful applicants will be required to complete an AccessNI check.
