Admin duties for appeals team include
• Printing bundles that include all information sent in to the dept.
• Redaction of details in line with GDPR
• Posting bundles
• Registering various cases on internal systems and issuing letters
• Scrutinizing documents received and updating systems where necessary
• Monitoring internal mailboxes
• Contacting customers where appropriate to gather most up to date information
• General ad-hoc duties where and when required
- five GCSE/GCE passes (at A, B or C) with Maths and English.
- Excellent IT skills, including use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proven ability to use own initiative.
