We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our client, Northern Ireland Civil Service, based in Downpatrick as a full-time Admin Officer. This is a long-term temporary opportunity.

Administrator Pay Rate: £12.97 per hour

• Most weekends off – working 1 in 4 Saturdays

Administrator hours of work:

• Monday-Friday 9am-5pm

These roles are full-time, office based.

Main Duties:

There is oneAO post based in Downpatrick Court Office which provides administrative support to criminal, family and civil court business. Duties are dependent on the team to which the post holder is assigned, however they typically include the following:

– General office duties

– Processing cases on to ICOS (Integrated Court Operations System)

– Use of IT systems

– Dealing with general telephone queries

– Dealing with members of the public & legal profession within the court environment

– Preparing documentation & files for court

– Records Management

– Ensuring that all information is managed securely in accordance with the appropriate policies
