We are recruiting on behalf of our public sector client for an experienced Administrative Officer to join the Finance Branch. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong organisational and coordination skills who is seeking a long‑term temporary role with stability and development.
📍 Location: FCAD, Newforge (Free parking available)
🕒 Hours: Full‑time, Monday-Friday
📄 Contract: Temporary Ongoing
🎓 Level: Administrative Officer (AO)

🛠 Main Duties
You will support the Finance System Project Manager by providing essential administrative and coordination support, including:
- Maintaining project plans, trackers, risks and issues logs, governance documentation
- Supporting project reporting.
- Managing administrative records with high levels of governance assurance
- Organising meetings (including project board meetings), taking minutes of various meetings.
📌 Essential Criteria
To be considered, you must have:
- Two GCSEs, including Maths and English (Grade C or equivalent)
- At least 1 years’ experience in an administrative support role
- 1 year’s experience of organising meetings/managing diaries, taking minutes, managing administrative records with high levels of governance assurance and attention to detail
- Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with colleagues and external
