  • Location: Carrickfergus JBO, Davys Street, Carrickfergus
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Expected Duration:29th March 2026 with possibility of extension
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm. 37 Hours per week.
  • Benefits:Hybrid, Flexi
  • Requirements:5 GCSE’s including Maths and English (Grade C or Above).
  • Duties include but not limited to: The role of the First Contact Team is to assist with greeting customers and dealing with general enquiries relating to benefits.
