Our client, based in Limavady is looking for X2 Admin Officers to join their team.

Duration: 6 months with possible extension

Rate of pay: £11.70 per hour

Location: Limavady

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

Start Date: ASAP

Main Duties Include: The postholder will implement all administrative support systems impacting on Unit responsibilities. This will include:

Ensuring weekday 9 – 5 coverage of the Badger/Fox Road Traffic Accident (RTA) incident telephone report line and facilitating out of hours and week end call recording;
Coordinating Badger/Fox RTA (road death) carcass collection and transport to AFBI Laboratories for testing;
Ensuring Badger/Fox RTA collection service is appropriately advertised on Intranet, Internet, in DVO offices, Livestock Markets etc.
Managing and maintaining systems associated with administration of the VSAHG Vehicle Fleet;
Gathering relevant information to assist with procurements/tenders/contracts development;
Managing and maintaining systems associated with information assets, information flow and storage systems within the Branch (HPRM, mail, telephone, e-mail, filing systems, FOI, etc.) in accordance with agreed Records NI procedures.

Ensuring appropriate levels of stationery stocks are maintained and ordered within agreed timescales.

Preparing and collating corporate returns for the Unit.

The production and publishing of monthly TB updates and statistics: Providing general advice on administrative systems to Unit.
