We are currently recruiting Admin Officers for our client based in Belfast City Centre, Lanyon Plaza. The successful candidates will be required to start once the vetting paperwork and ANI completed.

Start date: 15th September

Rate of pay: £12.97

Duration: Up to 25/01/26

Hours of work: 37

Key Responsibilities:

 

Working in Rate Rebate Central Unit dealing with the assessment and maintenance of new and existing claims.  Providing telephony cover to claimants and working on a rota basis for cover.

 

Essential Criteria applicants must have:

  • 5 GCSE’s including maths and English (Proof of certs required)
  • Excellent IT skills, including use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills.
