Administrative Officer

Location – Belfast primarily Clare House, may include Milewater Road & Larne, Pound Street.
The successful candidates must have access to a form of transport which will enable them to fulfil their duties

Our client, a large public sector organisation, are looking for Administrative Officers to join their team.
Duration: 12 Weeks with possibility of extension
The initial training period will be based at Clare House (Airport Road, Belfast) (Mon-Fri 0900-1700) lasting 12 weeks during which the rate of pay will be £12.59 per hour. Hour worked outside of this attract a pay rate of £16.72
The candidate may be required to work alternative shift patterns which provide cover on a 24 hour basis and attract the following rates of pay:
Weekday – £12.59
Saturday: £22.99
Sunday: £25.09

Location during Training: Belfast (Clare House, Airport Road)
Post Training work Locations:  Primarily Belfast (Clare House, Airport
Road), may include Belfast Port (Milewater Road), Larne Port (Pound Street) as per business requirements.
Hours: 37 hours per week.
The current shift pattern hours worked are:

0900-1700

1700-0100

0100-0900

Subject to business needs, shift patterns may vary and be subject to change.

Main Duties:

To support the administrative support by carrying out documentary checks on plant, plant products, seed potatoes and used agricultural machinery ensuring they meet the appropriate legislative requirements.

Essential Criteria:

5 GCSES Grade C or above (Including Maths & English)

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

Relevant experience in last 2 years desirable.
