We are currently recruiting for AO’s for our client based in Derry/Londonderry (Lisahally). The successful candidates will be required to start once the vetting paperwork and ANI completed.
Start date: 25th or 27th November
Rate of pay: £12.59
Duration: 51 weeks
Hours of work: Full time 37 Hours per week
The contracted hours are 8am – 8pm Monday – Friday and every 4th Saturday on a rota basis. However, at present staff are working various shift patterns between 9.00 – 5.00 Monday to Friday.
No holidays can be accommodated in the first 12 weeks of employment due to the training for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
This role will deliver services for customers who are based in Great Britain. At the initial stage it is anticipated that the roles will support Attendance Allowance for GB.

: Ability to work within and contribute to a team environment
: Ability to work accurately within specific deadlines and to achieve relevant targets
: Basic IT Skills / computer literacy with an aptitude for learning new systems
: Organised with good time management skills
: Excellent interpersonal skills
: Excellent work ethic with a desire to personally develop
: Excellent attendance and time keeping.
Essential Criteria applicants must have:
- five GCSE/GCE passes (at A, B or C) with Maths and English.
( Proof of certs required )
- Excellent IT skills, including use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proven ability to use own initiative.
