We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our client, based in Belfast as a full-time Administration Assistant.
Our client is Northern Ireland’s Leading Public Sector Employer.
Rate of Pay: £13.25
Start Date: 15th May
Duration: 12 weeks
Location: Belfast
Hours: Monday to Friday (9am – 5pm)
Job Duties:
The purpose of the post is to provide short term support in a number of business as usual activities and in several work areas specifically related to our preparations to relocate from our current premises. These include but not be limited to:
- Providing a professional front of house and visitor management
- Opening and logging post received · Managing confidential waste disposal ensuring sufficient bags are available as required across the office Relocation Related
- Completing a room by room/line by line inventory of all items of furniture and equipment in a spreadsheet format (to allow the project board to make decisions on which items to bring to MH and which to send to Stores
- Completing a line by line check on all registered files against the file register in preparation for relocation to offsite storage and make any updates to the register as needed
- Boxing up registered files according to offsite storage requirements in preparation for collection by contractor
- Coordinating with directorate admins to catalogue of all original licences and modifications currently held in fire safes
Essential Experience/Qualifications required:
- GCSE Mathematics and English Language (grade C and above)
- Experience in personal use of Microsoft products (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word)
- Experience of managing reception and professionally handling visitors
