We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our client, based in Belfast as a full-time Administration Officer. This is a long-term temporary opportunity.

Administrator Pay Rate: £13.75 per hour
Start Date: 23rd or 26th Feb

Hours of Work:
37 Hours per week
- Various 8 hour shift patterns required between the hours of 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday. One Saturday in every 4 is also required working 9am – 5pm.
Job Duties:
Working within the Department for Communities in the Northern Ireland Civil Service, this role will deliver services for customers who are based in Great Britain. The role will focus on delivering full services for International Pension’s and full training will be provided.
Main Duties and essential skills may include, while are not limited to:
- Excellent customer services skills;
- Strong call-handling attributes;
- Effective verbal and written communication skills:
- Ability to build rapport with colleagues and customers;
- Ability to work within and contribute to a team environment;
- Ability to work accurately within specific deadlines and to achieve relevant targets;
- Basic IT skills/computer literacy with an aptitude for learning new systems;
- Organised with good time management skills;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Excellent work ethic with the desire to personally develop; and
- Excellent attendance and time keeping.
These roles are full-time, shift work and office based. All training will be full time in office. Working from home may become available in the future.

Essential Criteria:
Must have 5 GCSEs including Maths & English – Certificates required
An Access NI will be required for this role
