We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our client, based in Coleraine as a full-time Administration Officer. This is a long-term temporary opportunity.
Our client is Northern Ireland’s Leading Public Sector Employer.
Administrator Pay Rate: £12.97 per hour
Start Date: As soon as possible

Administrator hours of work:
- Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (37 hours)
About the Administrator role:
The main role of the AO in Driver Licensing is to accurately process driving licence applications, medical reports, duplicates, payments and refunds in an effective and prompt manner. This includes:
Assessing Driving Licence Applications for correctness and returning incorrect applications to customers, completing ID checks on relevant applications, keying data on to the Driver Licensing Computer System, preparing a daily balance of all monies received, batching, validating and sealing applications as required, answering telephone queries from the public, and liaising with other Agencies on Driving Licence issues. Liaison with customers to resolve queries ensuring that customers receive a professional service, ensuring that all information, but in particular, personal information, is kept secure at all times and is processed in accordance with data protection legislation. Contributing to the continuous improvement of working practices, providing advice and assistance to team members and managers, and any other adhoc duties as required.
