Are you an organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for administrative work? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Administrative Officer in the heart of Belfast City Centre.
Position: Administrative Officer
Rate of Pay: £11.99 Per Hour
Assignment Length: 6 – 12 months
Hours: 37 hours per Week, 9 to 5, Monday to Friday
Location: Belfast City Centre
Main Duties Include: As a valued member of our Civil Processing Centre Team, you will play a crucial role in processing small claim applications and queries, issuing default decrees, and interacting with members of the public, court staff, legal representatives, and members of the Judiciary. Your responsibilities will extend to working in the Court Office under the supervision of a Section Manager, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, protocol, legislation, and corporate targets and standards.
Essential Criteria: To thrive in this role, you must meet the following essential criteria:
- 5 GCSEs Including Maths & English graded A to C or the level 2 equivalent
