Job Title: Administrative Officer

Start Date: 28th April 2025

Pay Rate: £12.97 per hour

Hours: 37 hours per week

Location: Lisahally Service Centre, 28 Temple Road, Strathfoyle

Main Duties:

  • Answering calls within agreed timescales, ensuring availability for delivering an accessible, effective service.
  • Performing various administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve results.
  • Initially working on a special admin project.

Additional Information:

  • Hybrid working schedule with some home working required (no hybrid working until full training completed).
  • Initial 8-week training period in the office full-time; no leave during this period unless pre-agreed.
  • Contracted hours: 8am – 8pm Monday to Friday, and every 4th Saturday on a rota basis. Current shift patterns are 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday.

Requirements:

  • 5 GCSEs (grades C and above) including Maths and English. Level 2 equivalents are accepted (proof of certificates required).
  • Willingness to complete an Access NI background check (facilitated by TRC)
