Job Opportunity: Admin Officer
Location: Omagh, BT78
Pay: £11.99 per hour (Weekly Paid)
Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 37 hours per week, Flexible Working.
Duration: 3 Months with Option of Extension
Start Date: ASAP
Job Duties:
As an Admin Officer based in Omagh, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Office Support:
- Liaising and corresponding with key internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the team leader and senior management.
- Assisting in efficient task management for allocated tasks, including filing and documentation.
- Performing any other duties as required by the team.
- Correspondence:
- Scanning and allocating correspondence received internally, ensuring it reaches the appropriate officer for review.
- Managing incoming and outgoing post effectively.
- Communication:
- Handling telephone calls in a professional and helpful manner, transferring them to the relevant department when necessary.
- Responding to queries and requests from internal departments promptly and professionally.
- File Management:
- Organising and maintaining files, including weeding and boxing files for storage.
- Ad Hoc Duties:
- Undertaking any other ad hoc duties as directed by the team leader, deputy business manager, or business manager.
Essential Criteria:
To be successful in this position, you must have:
- 5 GCSEs Including Both Maths & English (A-C Grade or Level 2 equivalent)
- Basic Access NI Check
- CTC Check
