The Recruitment Co is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of Camden Group for a part-time Administrator to join their Granulation and Extrusion departments.

Location: Camden / Greystone Unit, Antrim
Pay Rate: £12.82 per hour
Hours: 20–25 hours per week, Monday to Friday (between 8:00am and 5:00pm)

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-focused individual to become part of a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You’ll play a key role in supporting production operations, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring effective communication across multiple departments.

The Role

As the successful candidate, you will provide administrative support to departmental managers while assisting with production reporting, documentation, and operational processes. This position offers variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to contribute to the success of a growing manufacturing business.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

  • Provide day-to-day support to the Granulation and Extrusion Managers
  • Maintain and organise department records, documentation, and filing systems
  • Manage emails, correspondence, and telephone enquiries

Production Administration

  • Record and maintain accurate production and performance data
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
  • Update spreadsheets, databases, and internal systems
  • Monitor production targets, downtime, efficiencies, and waste figures
  • Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and within deadlines

General Duties

  • Maintain a professional and organised working environment
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards
  • Assist with additional administrative tasks as required

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous administration experience, ideally within manufacturing, production, or an industrial environment
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Confident working independently and as part of a team

Desirable Experience

  • Experience within a manufacturing, recycling, or plastics environment
  • Knowledge of production reporting and inventory processes
