Job Title: Administrator/Data Entry
Location: Pontypool
Salary: £10.42 an hour will increase in time
Hours: Part time Temporary to permanent – Monday to Friday around 30 hours a week quite flexible hours

Here at The Recruitment Co we are currently recruiting an Administrator/Data entry to work for a client of ours based in Newport.

This role will start off as part time with the potential of going full time. This is a Temporary to Permanent position.

Main job roles:

• Posting on social media daily, Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Twitter
• Updating the inventory spread sheet
• General data entry
• Adding delivery notes
• Updating collection notes
• Ordering stock
• Doing research on potential customers as and when instructed
• Answering all inbound calls

Must have:

• Drive and ambition to do well and succeed
• Good attention to details
• Strong knowledge of social media
• Reliable and hard working
• Strong computer skills
