We are currently recruiting an Advertising Campaign Manager for our client based in Belfast, Stormont Castle. The successful candidates will be required to start once the vetting paperwork and ANI completed.

Rate of pay: £19.59ph

Key Responsibilities:
Provide support to PIO/ SIOs in the Government Advertising Unit on the day to day management and delivery of a number of advertising campaigns and act as point of liaison between an advertising agency and departmental client.
– Maintain organised, complete and auditable campaign records of all campaign activity on the relevant systems and adhere to the Government Advertising Unit’s campaign management processes.
– Check and approve campaign advertising invoices as required.
– Provide ad hoc support to GAU management and colleagues,
including drafting correspondence, collating statistics, providing advice and guidance to staff and external sources as required.
– Manage the Classified Admin Team.
Essential Criteria applicants must have:
- Degree (proof required)
- At least 2 years’ experience, gained within the last 5 years, working in a marketing or communications environment and / or have at least a level 4 qualification* (equivalent or higher) in Communications or Marketing.
- Experience of managing budgets and of working with invoicing processes.
- Excellent IT skills, including use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent communication skills.
Desirable criteria:
- Experience managing advertising campaigns.
