Key responsibilities

Foster and expand existing accounts to secure a larger share of their expenditures.
Identify customers’ unique business needs and offer tailored solutions, adding significant value to their operations.
Drive additional sales and introduce new product lines to maximise revenue.
Conduct research, identify prospects, nurture leads, and open new accounts with a focus on profitability.
Maintain regular customer interactions to ensure a comprehensive understanding of our service and product offerings.
Pursue new and dormant customer relationships while increasing sales from existing customers by leveraging our complete product portfolio.
Monitor competitor activities diligently and promptly communicate findings to Hub and Branch managers.
Routinely update sales reports and maintain the CRM system on a daily basis.
Create a monthly sales forecast and comprehensive report that details recent activities and identifies potential opportunities.
Actively participate in market analysis, providing valuable insights for the budgeting process.
Perform any other reasonable tasks that align with your capabilities and responsibilities.

Your experience

Demonstrable experience in extension sales or external sales within the Ventilation field or closely related sectors.
Proficiency in the technical aspects of ventilation products and wholesale components.
Attainment of an appropriate level of education commensurate with the role.
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
Familiarity with competitor knowledge is advantageous.
