Our Public Sector Client currently seeks a Full-Time Temporary ongoing Band 3 Administrator

This is an ongoing temporary position, starting asap

Hours of work Mon-Fri 9.00am- 5.00pm (37.5hours per week)

Rate of pay £11.11 per hour

Duties include:

• Ensure all patients that are included in the CCR, that are not registered on the Patient Administration System (PAS) are registered to enable booking onto Smear/ Colposcopy Clinics as required.
• Book fixed appointments for patients, telephoning patients as required, issuing appointment letters and recording appointments and attendances at clinic on PAS.
• All contact with patients either face to face or on the telephone should be treated in a sensitive manner in accordance with any customer service standards and in line with the Data Protection Act and Trust Policies & Procedures.

Essential Criteria:

• Have 5 GCSE’s or equivalent at Grade C
  or above including English.
  Plus

• 1 year’s relevant clerical/ administrative
  experience

• Experience working with Microsoft Office eg Word and the Patient Administration System (PAS) for purpose of clinic
  booking and generation of patient appointment letters.
  OR

• 2 years relevant clerical/ administrative experience

• Experience working with Microsoft Office products eg Word and the Patient Administration System (PAS) for purpose of clinic booking and generation of patient appointment letters.
