Role Overview: As a Bid Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our clients growth by leading the end-to-end bid management process. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, technical experts, and executive leadership, to produce compelling and tailored proposals that align with our client’s needs and objectives. Your exceptional writing skills, strategic mindset, and attention to detail will be instrumental in securing new business opportunities.
- Manage the entire bid life cycle, from identifying opportunities to proposal submission and post-submission reviews.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather relevant information and insights for proposal customisation.
- Develop a deep understanding of client requirements and tailor proposals to address their unique needs.
- Craft well-structured, persuasive, and comprehensive proposals that showcase our value proposition.
- Conduct competitive analyses to position our offerings effectively against rival bids.
- Coordinate and lead internal team meetings to strategize and align on bid objectives, time lines, and deliverable.
- Ensure all proposals adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistent messaging.
- Track and report on proposal outcomes, analysing successes and areas for improvement.
- Proven experience in bid management with demonstrable wins
- Exceptional writing and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong project management abilities to manage multiple bids concurrently.
