Our client, Libraries NI are currently seeking to recruit a Building Supervisor to join their team in Ballymena.
Pay rate is £11.49 per hour plus Holiday pay.
Hours of work is 36 hours per week.
The position is temporary ongoing.
Job duties:
To provide cleaning and non-cleaning services under the direction of the designated Line Manager or other Authorised Person and in accordance with the practices and procedures of the client.
Critera:
- Hold a valid Full Driving Licence
- A minimum of one years’ experience working as Assistant Building Supervisor, Caretaker or similar role in a medium/large building * must be demostrated on CV
- Previous responsibility for security of a building, opening/closing and key holder duties
- Knowledge of building cleaning methods and the use of electrical cleaning machinery e.g. floor polishing equipment * must be demostrated on CV
- Awareness of health and safety legislation and practices e.g. COSHH and/or CLP regulations. * must be demostrated on CV
- The ability to work as part of a team or on own initiative
