Location: Belfast
Business Development Executive Salary:
Up to £26,000 – £28,000 basic (depending on experience)
Quarterly and end of year elite bonus

About the Business Development Executive role:
You’ll be supporting our volume Fulfilment Centre, our contact centre experts, in building their client portfolio. You’ll be liaising with a variety of warehousing and production businesses across the UK; understanding their recruitment needs and providing effective solutions whilst using every opportunity to develop sales leads.

• You’ll operate in 180 capacity, booking meetings with prospect clients
• As a Business Development Executive, you will manage your own desk, taking ownership for your portfolio of clients
• You will manage a social media presence, effectively utilising platforms such as LinkedIn and Facebook

We’re looking for…
Demonstrated success within a sales role, whether you’ve worked in business development, as a recruitment consultant or in a general telesales role – we want to hear from you!

• B2B sales experience
• Strong telephone manner & rapport building
• Driving licence
• Experience in the recruitment space is desirable but not essential
