Are you a dynamic, people-oriented professional looking to make a meaningful impact in the job market? We’re on the lookout for an ambitious Business Development Executive to join our friendly, supportive and down to earth team! A passion for sales is key!

As a Business Development Executive within The Recruitment Co. you will be responsible for generating new business by identifying prospective opportunities to increase sales activity and achieve expected productivity levels and targeted revenue generation. Your knowledge will be up to date regarding competing markets within your geographical location and throughout the entire UK within your market sectors.

Key Responsibilities include:

• To ensure set targets are achieved with regard to: Sales, Profitability & Margin

• Generate, qualify and develop new business prospects/leads

• Close new business opportunities

• Identifying vertical market opportunities

• Arrange and attend online and site meetings

• Working with the wider team to arrange a client preferred recruitment process

The ideal candidate for this role will demonstrate:

• Previous experience in a recruitment consultant role or a business to business sales environment.

• A genuine passion for business development and for forging long-lasting relationships.

• The proven ability and drive to exceed targets and a genuine desire to succeed.

• A professional attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional standards of customer

• Commercial awareness
