Business Development Executive / Manager – Permanent – Bolton

We’re on the lookout for a motivated Business Development Executive/Manager to join a powerhouse sales team who will be responsible for generating opportunities/vacancies within the recruitment market. Location: Bolton

Remuneration:

● Competitive salary open to negotiation depending on experience

● Quarterly and end of year bonus

● Elite bonus – £1000 at the end of the year for each client that has generated £25K+ revenue

● Car allowance – You must have a driving license for the role

About the Business Development Executive/Manager role: You’ll be supporting our National Resource Team (NRT), our industrial recruitment experts, in building their client portfolio. You’ll be liaising with a variety of warehousing and production businesses, understanding their recruitment needs and providing effective solutions; both face-face and virtual whilst using every opportunity to develop sales leads.

● You’ll operate in 180 capacity, managing client requirements and passing these onto our delivery team in order to be fulfilled

● As a Business Development Manager, you will manage your own desk, taking ownership for your portfolio of clients

● You will manage a social media presence, effectively utilising platforms such as LinkedIn and Facebook

We’re looking for…

● A recruitment background, whether you’ve worked in business development, as a recruitment consultant or a branch manager – we want to hear from you!

● B2B sales experience

● Ability to present well to clients

● Driving licence

● Experience in the industrial space is desirable but not essential
