As a Candidate Consultant within The Recruitment Co. it is expected that you will work to specific Key Performance Indicators and be responsible for sourcing, facilitating and converting candidates against vacancies whilst building professional and credible relationships throughout.

Your knowledge will be up to date regarding competing markets within your geographical location.

It is essential that you provide exceptional customer service to all stakeholders working professionally and with integrity at all times including continual relationship development whilst also ensuring compliance with our Company policy and procedures, living and breathing our Company Spirit and working to deadlines.

• Excellent communication skills
• Decision maker, understanding factors quickly and accurately, whilst remaining focused on the commercial priorities and applying independent judgement where necessary
• Exceptional attention to detail, ability to analyse information.
• Inspirational, motivational and resilient.
• Professional IT skills, working with both Microsoft and Google platforms
