Are you passionate about ensuring safe and efficient car parking and security services? Antrim Area & Causeway Hospitals are seeking dedicated individuals for the position of Car Parking / Security Officer. Reporting to the Support Services Supervisor and responsible to the Car Park Manager, this role will play a pivotal part in ensuring a safe and customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Car Parking:

• Support various car parking functions as needed.
• Conduct periodic cleaning and maintenance of the car park area.

Security:

• Respond promptly to both emergency and non-emergency calls.
• Perform site checks and patrols ensuring the safety and security of the premises.
• Handle cash transactions efficiently and responsibly.
• Conduct escort duties, respond to alarms, and report incidents promptly.
• Carry necessary equipment for job completion and adhere to uniform and safety policies.

General Duties:

• Uphold Trust Policies and Procedures and adhere to Health and Safety Regulations.
• Report incidents, accidents, and security breaches promptly as per Trust guidance.
• Support the Trust’s mission and vision by delivering a caring and respectful service.
• Demonstrate a commitment to patient and client safety, in line with the CORE values of compassion, openness, respect, and excellence.
• Adhere to infection prevention and control measures and promote a smoke-free environment.

Requirements:
