Car Park Operative Belfast Royal Hospital.

Are you looking for a dynamic role where you can contribute to the smooth operation of a busy car park facility? We are currently seeking a dedicated Car Park Operative to join our team at a prestigious location in Belfast Royal Hospital

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular surveys of the car park facility to ensure optimal functionality.
• Manage parking space allocation and implement queue management strategies.
• Maintain site operational readiness, including the upkeep of parking systems.
• Handle incoming calls and intercom communications with professionalism and efficiency.
• Perform administrative duties to support the smooth running of the car park operations.
• Demonstrate excellent public relations skills in interactions with customers and visitors.
• Utilize basic PC skills for data entry and reporting purposes.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
• Strong communication skills and ability to provide excellent customer service.
• PC skills for administrative tasks.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts as required.

Shifts of 0730 – 15:30 hrs or 1230 – 21:00 hrs  occasional night shift

Paid weekly at £11.45 an hour.

Saturday basic rate £16.14

Unsocial rate 8pm-6am £16.14

Sunday £20.95

Overtime after 37.5hrs a week £17.17
