Catering Supervisor
Hours: 8:00am – 4:00pm, Monday to Friday
Contract: 37.5 hours per week
Pay: £12.75 per hour
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Catering Supervisor to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills and proven experience leading a team in a fast‑paced catering environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the dining room, coffee bars and dishwashing teams
- Ensure high standards of customer service at all times
- Oversee the daily operation of catering services to ensure efficiency and quality
- Support staff training, motivation and performance
- Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment for customers and colleagues
- Assist with stock control and ensuring compliance with food safety standards
About You
- Experience in customer service is essential
- Previous team leadership or supervisory experience within catering or hospitality
- Positive, proactive and able to motivate others
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to maintain high standards under pressure
