The Recruitment Co are hiring a temporary Chef. for their client based on the outskirts of Montrose.

Due to location, only candidates with access to their own vehicle will be considered.

Pay rate: £12.75 per hour

Contract: Starting Immediately initially until the end of November (Possible Extension)

Hours of work: 9am-5pm, 5 days out of 7 with weekend working on a rota basis

Duties:

• Prepare, cook and serve a wide range of dishes.
• Following various recipes
• Plating up meals for service
• Ensuring high standards are met maintaining a clean, safe working environment.
• Control of food safety and quality through continuous monitoring of food temperature
• Maintain accurate and appropriate records
• Work within a team of kitchen staff

What we are looking for:

• Experience working in a Kitchen Environment
• Driver’s licence and access to own vehicle
• Works well in part of a team
• Flexible approach to shifts
• Ability to pass a disclosure check.
