The Recruitment Co are Recruiting for a Permanent Chef De Partie for their prestigious client based in Carnoustie.
Salary – £30,371 Per Annum
Contact – Permanent Full Time – Working 5 days out of 7.
Location – Carnoustie
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Working closely with the Head Chef to deliver a consistent food offering whilst learning and developing new skills
- Preparing food and running a section during meal service times
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness and presentation are maintained in all back of house catering areas
- Ensuring compliance with food hygiene and health and safety legislation at all times
- Undertake operational duties as required to support the business
Essential Skills
- Great cooking skills and experience of running a section o Have flair and be passionate about what you do
- A great team player
- Be aware of food costs and the impact on profit margins
Qualifications:
- NVQ / SVQ Level 2 Professional Cookery or evidence of trade experience and on the job learning
