The Recruitment Co are currently looking for a Class 2 multi drop driver to join our team in Buckshaw Village.
As a Class 2 multi drop driver, you will be responsible for delivering goods to our clients in a safe and timely manner.
This is a great opportunity for a reliable and experienced driver who enjoys working independently and has a strong
customer service orientation.
Location: Leyland
Early Starts: 4am/5am Monday – Friday
Pay: £14.50 per hour
Responsibilities
  • Safely load and unload goods from the vehicle Plan and follow the most efficient routes to meet delivery schedules
  • Deliver goods to designated locations, ensuring accuracy and exceptional customer service
  • Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately
  • Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and regulations
  • Perform pre and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting any issues or maintenance needs

Requirements

  1. Valid Class 2 driving license
  2. Proven experience as a multi drop driver ( 2 years minimum please)
  3. Excellent knowledge of road traffic laws and regulations
  4. Strong time management and organizational skills
  5. Ability to handle and prioritise multiple deliveries
  6. Exceptional customer service skills
  7. Physically fit and able to lift heavy items
  8. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
