We are currently recruiting a Janitor / Cleaner to join our client in Larne
- Public Sector
- £12.85 per hour
- Temporary ongoing
- 37 hours per week
The successful candidate will provide efficient and effective cleaning/janitor duties for the Larne locations including: Larne Town Hall, Sir Thomas Dixon Building, Carnegie Building, Larne Market Yard, Larne Cemetery Toilets and Council Depots Curran Road & Victoria Road, Larne
The successful candidate must ensure the security and general appearance of the buildings are maintained in accordance with the required standards.
Main duties :
Security of the premises including ; opening and closing the premises and grounds, checking windows, doors and gates, operating burglar alarms,
Cleaning of the premises including ; carry out cleaning duties for all areas of the buildings, operate mechanical and electrical cleaning equipment, collect litter, cleaning of communal rooms, including toilets and kitchens, collection and removal of waste
Essential Criteria :
Minimum of six months’ experience in cleaning and security in an industrial, commercial or public building setting.
Understand basic health and safety instructions
