The Recruitment Co are currently working with a Public Sector body who are seeking two clerical officers at band 3 level to join their team on a temporary immediate bases.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Band 3 Clerical Officer to join Primary Care Liaison Services. The successful candidate will play a vital role in providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the department. You will work closely with medical staff, patients, and other administrative teams to deliver high-quality clerical services.
The role would be suitable for candidates who have experience in co-ordination and supporting minutes of meetings, reception duties, arranging outpatient client appointments, supporting a multi disciplinary team and being able to work on their own using their own initiative.
Essential Experience/ Qualifications
Must have at least 2 years administration/ clerical experience
Must have at least 5 GSCE’s
