We are currently recruiting for a permanent Collections Advisor role in Bradford to join our client who are a customer management business specifically working with water utility business.

Office based – Bradford BD3
Shifts on a rota – rota runs Monday to Saturday 9am – 6pm
£22,962 (starting salary) – increase to £27,924 – performance depending

Permanent Contract

The day to day duties involve speaking to customers who are struggling to pay bills or who have missed payments on direct debits. Talking through customer situation and finances to come up with a plan to get back on track with payments.

We are looking for candidates with some collections or debt management experience who are looking to take the next step in their career!
