The Recruitment Co are recruiting for a Community Estates Supervisor to work for our client based within the Fylde Coast & West Lancs

This role is for between 3-6 months with an option to be extended starting immediately

This is a full time role working 8am-4pm 5 days per week

You will be given a van to use as transport between sites, therefore applicants must have a valid UK driver’s licence as you will need to travel to jobs between Carnforth, Blackpool and Lytham

Salary for this role is between £34,844- £42,433

Duties include:

• To provide team leadership for an effective and efficient maintenance repair service to a high
  quality on the full range of building fabric, Electrical and Mechanical engineering and electro medical services,
  plant, and equipment to various trust properties.
• Take responsibility for day-to-day operational management of Community Estates Department, for the
  performance of the team to meet its targets for PPM and reactive works.
• Working to ensure breakdowns and Planned Preventative Maintenance work undertaken is compliant with relevant legislation and guidance
• Responsible for the effective management of all tradespersons and Maintenance Assistants
  within the Community Estates Team and carrying out individual performance reviews and
  delivering the training needs of the department / Staff.
• Must have supervised teams previously
• To manage contractors onsite
• To produce risk assessments and action plans
