Contract: 9-12 Months
Salary: Up to £25,053 per annum
We are recruiting on behalf of NIE Networks for a Connections Agreement Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills to contribute to the management of connection agreements and support the company’s wider network development functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Connection Agreements
- Validate new and revised connection agreements processed by the Connections Business.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and includes the required authorizations and signatures.
- Check capacity figures and documentation align with NIE Networks records, resolving variances as needed.
- Securely file agreements for NIE Networks’ records and issue copies to customers.
- Manage updates, amendments, and renewals of connection agreements within agreed timescales.
- Process Novation Agreements and liaise with engineering staff to assess and amend technical data as needed.
- Engage with customers and internal teams to resolve any incomplete or invalid agreements.
- Investigate and resolve queries from stakeholders regarding connection agreements.
Low Carbon Technology (LCT) Database
- Maintain the LCT Database, ensuring accurate processing and reporting of applications.
- Validate LCT applications in line with company policies.
- Provide guidance and support to LCT installers, and resolve related queries.
Additional Duties
- Assist with general administration within the Network Development department and Asset Management.
- Update technical records and ensure compliance with GDPR and other legal requirements.
- Deliver customer-focused information and support.
Essential Criteria:
- 4 GCSEs (or equivalent) at Grade C, including Mathematics and English, or a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a clerical/administrative role in a busy office environment.
- Strong IT competence, particularly in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
- Experience interacting with customers and stakeholders.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
- Positive attitude and ability to meet deadlines.
Desirable Criteria:
- Proficiency in IT systems such as GNIS, PCR, JMS, and SAP IS-U.
- Ability to learn complex systems quickly.
