Rate of pay: £13.75 per hour.
Duration: 27/03/2026 with possible extension.
Hours of work: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm Hybrid Working.
Monday and Tuesday – In Office.
Wednesday, Thursday and Friday – Working from Home.
Location: Belfast, Newtownbreda Road.
Duties will include:
The post holder will act as the first point of contact for customers of the Northern Ireland Consumer Helpline – Consumerline. They will be a member of a contact centre team, which is responsible for the provision of advice to the public on consumer related matters. This post requires clear communication skills.

The Trading Standards Service delivers a front-line public protection function for the benefit of consumers, businesses, and the Northern Ireland (NI) economy, providing support and guidance for NI’s businesses (particularly small businesses).
