My very successful client in the South East of Glasgow, is looking to add a Conveyancing Paralegal to their busy team on a permanent basis.
Duties:

  • Responsible for managing a caseload of Residential Conveyancing files
  • Progressing transactions from inception to completion
  • Dealing with clients both in person and on the telephone, in a confident manner providing clear, accurate and up to date information
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents and other lawyers confidently on the telephone, give advice and negotiate solutions to problems

Requirements

  • Previous experience within a similar role, with a good understanding of the conveyancing process
  • Experience managing and prioritising your own caseload
  • Work on own initiative to identify tasks which improve the relationship with your client.
