Location: Coleraine
Shifts: 7am–2pm or 10am–5pm
Pattern: 5 days out of 7 (includes weekends)

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Cook to join a busy catering team in Coleraine. You’ll be preparing quality meals in a fast-paced kitchen while maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing and cooking meals to set menus and dietary requirements
  • Ensuring safe food handling, storage, and hygiene practices
  • Supporting menu planning and portion control
  • Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen
  • Working effectively within a busy catering team
  • Following all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations

Requirements

  • Previous cooking experience is essential
  • Ability to work both shift patterns
  • Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable, efficient, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
