The Role

As Corporate Services Support & Personal Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of the organisation, providing high-quality support to the Commissioner and senior leadership team.

Your responsibilities will include:

✔ Managing diaries, meetings and correspondence ✔ Coordinating events and stakeholder engagements ✔ Supporting finance, governance and records management ✔ Acting as a key point of contact for visitors and partners ✔ Helping deliver the day-to-day operations of a growing public body

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone with:

✅ Experience providing administrative or PA support to senior leaders ✅ Excellent organisational and communication skills ✅ Experience managing meetings, inboxes and schedules ✅ Strong IT skills including Outlook, Word and Excel ✅ The ability to work confidently in a busy, fast-moving environment
