17.5 hours per week (7.5 on Saturday / 4 on Sunday / 2x 3 hour mid week evening shifts – 16:30-19:30)

The Role:

• A role combining both sales management and customer service
• Dealing with customers over the phone
• Understanding a customers situation and the solutions that you can offer
• Providing a good overview of the company products and services on offer
• Sealing a customers sales commitment
• Working towards regular and consistent sales targets
• Consistently achieving Sales KPI’s

The Person:

• Previous experience of working across customer service and/or sales environments
• Self-motivation
• Strong communicator with the ability to create good relationships with customers
• Enthusiasm to drive our business forward and achieve personal goals
• The ability to fully understand and empathise with our customers situations and provide them with solutions to support them
