The Recruitment Co are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join one of their clients in Wincham on a permanent basis.
Pay rate:
Salary: £20,500 to £24,000 per annum
Bonus of up to £2,000 per annum
Working hours:
8:30am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
The Role:
Taking customer and client calls
Ordering parts for repairs
Assign engineers to relevant jobs
Supplying technical assistance to customers/engineers
The ideal candidate will:
Be able to communicate effectively
Have an understanding of IT including Excel/Warranty platforms and SAP
Be able to work within a team
Have GCSE level of education or higher
