Title: Customer Service Administrator- Estate planning
Location: Cheadle, office based
Salary: £20,000
Hours: 9 am to 5.30 pm – (4:30 Finish on Fridays)
Job Type: Permanent

We are seeking an experienced, proactive and Customer Service Administrator to join our Cheadle Hulme based client. This will be a full time and permanent opportunity.

Duties and responsibilities:
-Dealing with existing and new customers ensuring the highest standards of customer service
-Providing information to the team
-Registering deals
-Taking payments over the phone
-Ensure the efficient running of systems and adherence to company policies and procedures
-As an Administrator you will be responsible for checking various documents
-General day to day office administration duties.
-Ensuring that paperwork and documentation is complete accurate and in order

The successful candidate will:
-Have a fun personality and enjoys contributing to a positive office culture
-Have proven experience within administration roles
-Estate planning experience is desirable but not essential
-Have exceptional organisational and multitasking skills
-Possess great attention to detail
-Strong communicator
