Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Caerphilly
Salary: £10.50 per hour

Hours: The hours of work will be based over 3 shifts 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm and 10am-6pm Monday to Friday

Here at The Recruitment Co we are currently recruiting Customer Service Advisors for a client based in Caerphilly

Main Job Roles

• Raising support tickets to enable tracking and resolution of customer requests
• Investigating and resolving customer complaints then closing support tickets
• Maintaining a database of customer information
• Escalating inquiries to the appropriate team, when necessary
• Checking product or service availability
• Assisting customers with registration or account creation
• Passing customer feedback onto the product or sales team to improve the organisation’s offerings
